8" Half Round File Second American

Both sides double cut; the rounded sided is approximately one third of a circle and a flat on the other side. Can be supplied slightly tapered to the point or with parallel sides, both are within specifications. Used for filing concave surfaces, enlarging holes and making a corner radius.
