IMMIGRATION LAW COMPLIANCE

KTC is committed to employing only those individuals who are authorized to work in the United States and who comply with all applicable laws, including the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. As a condition of employment, each new employee must properly complete, sign, and date the first section of the Immigration and Naturalization Service Form I-9. Before commencing work, newly rehired employees must also complete the form if they have not previously filed an I-9 with this Company, if their previous I-9 is more than three years old, or if their previous I-9 is no longer valid. As identification information changes such as your last name, the employee file must be updated immediately along with the information on the 1-9 form. You should notify your Supervisor or Human Resources as soon as possible when changes are made.
