IMMIGRATION LAW COMPLIANCE

As a condition of employment, each new employee must properly complete, sign, and date the first section of the Immigration and Naturalization Service Form I-9. Before commencing work, newly rehired employees must also complete the form if they have not previously filed an I-9 with this Company, if their previous I-9 is more than three years old, or if their previous I-9 is no longer valid. As identification information changes such as your last name, the employee file must be updated immediately along with the information on the 1-9 form. You should notify your Supervisor or Human Resources as soon as possible when changes are made.
