Bars are fully ground and polished, then chrome plated for corrosion resistance. Bars are made of alloy steel and heat-treated for strength and durability. Precision machined Phillips tips are blasted black oxide for proper fastener fit and to eliminate plate chipping. Point size indicated on handle.
