HEPPOE - Hydraulic, Electric, Pneumatic, Petroleum Operated Equipment

The HEPPOE will assist combat and construction engineers in the performance of Theater of Operation (TO) construction and combat tasks across the entire spectrum of the operations area. This tool set is to be used by Engineer Soldiers in conducting repairs of buildings, Prisoners of War (POW) holding areas, and water piping systems. 

The HEPPOE Tool System consists of two Mobile Hydraulic Power Packs and 13 molded cases containing various electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic powered-tools and accessories. All the tools and accessories are stored in rugged, high-density foam, protecting equipment and providing easy inventory capabilities. 

The chests included in the HEPPOE tool system include hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and petroleum powered items and accessories. All items are stored in high-density, router cut polyethylene foam that protects, organizes, and allows for rapid inventory of each chest in less than 60 seconds. The chests have been subjected to extensive testing including, drop, temperature, and projectile testing and meet government DFP 434 standards. The chest can be stacked four high and are liftable by standard 6000lb forklift when fully loaded. 

Mobile Hydraulic HIPPO 2032E Power Pack 

The Mobile Hydraulic HIPPO Power Pack provides hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical power in a skid-mounted and self-contained unit. A rugged steel and aluminum frame and water-cooled diesel engine rated for continuous duty are able to withstand even the harshest field conditions. Any two of the hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical functions can be used at the same time. The HIPPO Power Pack can run up to 6 hours on a single tank of fuel.
