Polaris RANGER HIPPO

Combining the well known capabilities of the Polaris^® RANGER^® Diesel along with the HIPPO 1041P, you now have Hydraulic, Electric, Pneumatic and Welding power all in a single unit powered by the RANGER’s Diesel engine.

The system will transport up to 3 personnel and up to 500 lbs of cargo in the box. This will support most light maintenance requirements and will reach those remote sites that are inaccessible by more traditional vehicles.

Polaris^® Defense collaborated with Mobile Hydraulic Equipment Company to combine the Polaris RANGER Diesel and the HIPPO 1041P.  This combination provides power for heavy-duty power tools on a compact, mobile platform for remote and off-road worksites.

Originally developed for the Defense Department, the RANGER HIPPO has also become a valuable, mobile power solution for a diverse client base including railroads, utilities, universities, emergency response teams and contractors.

The ultra-light, all terrain RANGER now delivers Hydraulic, Electric, Pneumatic and Welding power all in a single unit.  All the power is produced using the diesel engine of the RANGER, eliminating the need for several types of fuel, oil, etc.  With only a single engine to maintain, the RANGER HIPPO reduces maintenance time, thereby increasing productivity.
